Why this existed as a problem

People who wanted a few minutes of quiet logic practice were landing in boards wrapped in extra modes, noisy prompts, and a web page dressed as an app.

Many Sudoku apps bury the puzzle under unrelated modes and interruption. This one keeps the board, levels, and solving tools in front.

The story behind Sudoku

Sudoku started as a focused daily practice: a classic 9×9 grid, levels that get harder, notes and hints when they help, and a timer that can stay off. The job is everyday brain training, not a casual-game catalogue. We built a native Android board so the puzzle is the product. Offline play was a requirement, not a later flag, because a commute or a low-signal hour should still hold a game.

How we worked

The strategy was depth on one format instead of a bundle of mini-games. Ninety levels, daily challenges, candidate notes, smart hints, undo, highlighting, and mistake tracking. Native Android rather than a WebView, so input, performance, and store packaging stay under our control. A consumer puzzle also proves a different slice of mobile work: game feel, difficulty, local persistence, and a Play listing that describes what is actually on the device.

Where it stands

Sudoku is live on Google Play as Sudoku AI: Classic Puzzle. It is a recently launched first-party product. We do not publish invented player counts. The listing and a game on a device are the proof.
